If your recharge wasn’t successful but the amount was deducted from your account, don’t worry. In most cases, the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
A "Pending State" message means that your payment is being processed, but the final status of the recharge is not yet confirmed

2. Verify your payment method – Make sure your card, UPI, or wallet is active and has sufficient balance.
3. Check your transaction history – Go to the “My Transactions” or “Recharge History” section to see if the recharge was recorded.
4. Try again after a few minutes – Sometimes, technical delays from banks or service providers can cause temporary failures.
We understand mistakes can happen! However, once a recharge is successfully processed and confirmed by the operator, it cannot be canceled or reversed, even if it was made to the wrong number. This is because mobile and DTH recharges are instant and non-refundable as per operator policies.
